Compassionate Body Yoga
Compassionate Body Yoga weaves mindfulness and self-compassion into a dynamic, yet sweet practice to invite genuine kindness toward our bodies and ourselves. Experience more ease in the body and take the practice with you to any other yoga you choose. Plenty of take-home resources will be provided. Come breathe with me!

Individual Compassionate Embodiment Sessions
Part of recovery involves whole-body attunement and learning to feel your feelings. Unfortunately, connecting with and really being present in the body can be challenging for some. Through postural yoga, we will work to increase a sense of safety in the body in order to use its feedback to make confident food decisions.
One-hour individual sessions: $125
