How it works:

  2. Pick the plan that fits you best. Plans are $9/ month after trial.
  3. Check your inbox. New custom meal plans and grocery lists are mailed to you weekly!

Not seeing what you want? I have several plans that might better fit your health needs. Just sign up through the Custom Plan option below and we will work it out together.

Unsure where to start? The Simple Eats plan is a perfect starter plan. Not only will you have access to my full library of recipes, but you won’t have to deal with nutrition facts or any of that nonsense. All plans can be customized to turn of nutrition information if that is your preference.
